Guests receive no refund if they cancel less than 30 days before the start of their reservation. Payment Policy: 50% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.   100% due if booking less than 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in 4:00 pm - Check-out 11:00 am Check-in: Guests retrieve their keys from a front porch safe on arrival day anytime on or after 4:00 pm, and vacate by 11:00 am on departure day.
