Calendar Color Code: Red - Unavailable Green - Available Easy access to the best that Northern Michigan has to offer.     RENTAL SEASON We offer five suites within a charming 1800's historic home—each with its own kitchen and bath—and accommodations ranging from 4-8 guests.   First floor suites are inter-connecting, making them work especially well for family reunions or celebrations; or where friends want to share vacations, while maintaining some privacy. We have a 3-night minimum and rent from three to as many nights as you wish.  Weekly rates are available (Saturday-Saturday) May through October.  There is a five-night minimum the week of the Fourth of July.    DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS When reserving a suite, 50% of the total is due at booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival.  If booking within 30-days of arrival, 100% is due upon booking.   Cancellation Policy: Guests will receive 100% of their paid rental costs, less a $25 processing fee, if they cancel up to 60 days before the start of their reservation.
